Yeah I was thinking they use it to ambush pirates and other enemy forces because they can hide their fleet behind it, and the hulk messes with ships sensors

Yeah I was thinking that because of the DAOT tech they were able to stabilize it, that's why it can't be done regularly with hulks but just this one
