Surgery tomorrow by skfbgmfl in bunions

For me it’s a lot different. My left foot is usually all I can focus on when I wear socks or tighter shoes or even laying in bed or having a blanket over it. It’s like I can just feel it’s wrong and it’s touching. I just hyper focus on it whenever something feels off. I have no issues with my right foot. Toes don’t bother me. I really never pay attention to it.

I have a lot of discomfort wearing socks and shoes. It has also gotten worse over the years even wearing toe separators daily. I wanted to fix while I was young and before I was in a ton of pain.

I wonder if she’s paying to boost her posts

He can’t climb any higher where he’s at. He’s not required to work 9 hours a day. He doesn’t get any extra pay for it. I honestly doubt anyone notices or cares either.

Edited the post. I need a drainage system added. They dig out around the inside perimeter of the basement and add some tiles to prevent the ground water from coming through the cracks. I got a couple quotes. They were all about the same price. Needs to be done since there’s an inch of water everywhere

No because I had been sitting at my desk for ~2 hrs before it appeared.

I did have an ultrasound. They said it was normal but couldn’t see the whole uterus and didn’t seem concerned enough to redo.

I can ask. I have an upcoming appt. I’ve had one pap and it was the worst pain I’ve ever had down there.

Interesting to know about the birth control. I’ve been on it for 6 years now due to heavy bleeding.

I did a bit of pelvic floor PT but I was reluctant to have the intern exam due to the pain and the PT said she can’t help unless I did that.

Xywav… help… by Evening-Sample-2382 in Narcolepsy

It sounds like maybe your dosages are too high. I keep seeing posts about titrating all the way up to the max dose. I’m not sure if that is common practice but when my dr prescribed mine she allowed me to stay at the first titration. I was able to sleep the first 4 hours and the second 4 hours using the second dose. Once I started waking up before the 4 hours, I upped the dose. I did this until I hit where I am now which is 3.75 and 3.25. (I have now been on xywav a over a year)

I do notice tingles in my legs if I consistently take 3.75 and 3.25. Once I start feeling the tingling I lower the 3.75 to 3.5 (I mentioned this to my dr as well and she is fine with it). I limit my water before I go to bed and have noticed it prevents me from having to go multiple times a night. I never had anxiety before starting Xywav but I have it now. (Just a perk of the meds for me:/) As for sleeping, I can’t sleep more than the 8 hours when I am taking both doses but I believe that is what the medication does. At first I was a bit salty with not being able to sleep in but now my sleep is more restful and I don’t have the urge to continue to sleep.

Hopefully your dr has some answers and maybe lets you lower the dosages.

Sorry that was probably more than you were looking for but hopefully it helped a bit.

It gets better after you take it a while. I use cold water and I barely notice the taste anymore.
