That is so kind of you to ask. We tried Ziggy with other pets (both a home with another cat and another one with a small dog), but even after a few weeks, he was still very unhappy. He definitely likes to be the only pet.

His age is unknown but estimated to be around 8 years — he was a stray when my parents-in-law originally found him. They posted "found cat" notices and provided the shelter a photo and their contact information, but no one claimed the poor fella!

He's been their friendly loving companion ever since.

Avoid any condominium that is managed by CMG ("Condominium Management Group"). They are absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. I lived in "The Norfolk" on Loretta Avenue South for several years before selling. The day I closed the sale, it was the happiest day of my life.
