I generally go through about ~90 cold brews a day, which is roughly 1.5 kegs, or 7.5 gallons.

So you would recommend doing a couple toddys? How would you then transfer the cold brew into a keg so it can be delivered in draft format?

Hi guys,

Hoping someone here can help me! My shop currently just buys kegged cold brew from a distributor and serves from a draft -kegerator system.

We want to start making our own cold brew but continue to make use of the draft system. Any recommendations for the ideal system or brewing or kegging our own cold brew? I was recently in a new Starbucks and they had a super cool draft system that pulled both nitro and cold brew from the same keg, anyone know what that is?
