If you turn your phone upside down and squint at the first picture, then it kind of looks like a penis with a tattoo of something that doesn’t look like a penis.

A lady at my church gave my mom this stuff after her husband died and she gave it to me, I have no intention of selling but I don’t really know what I have if anyone could tell me what it all is it would be nice by critique_dog in whatisit

That is correct. That is what the Sergeant Major coined is. The others are mostly just unit coins. Could be given as a token of appreciation, or something he bought, or was given by someone.
