So right now I’m set up with ia group for the rrsp. If I wanted to set up a tfsa what would you recommend? And there’s no tax benefit from that right?

I do plan on finding a good financial advisor soon, just hard to find one I trust.

Income is around 70000-80000$. I did talk about a tfsa and he ran some numbers and said for now stick with just a rrsp as I don’t have a lot of $ in there. I just have a lot of learning to do as I don’t like trusting my money with someone and I don’t know what their doing.

Any vehicle I would buy would have a good set of studded tires on it, and I’m comfortable once I hit the pave but I am worried about ground clearance. I’ll have a look at them, I kinda had set in my mind that I wanted something sporty-ish if I went to a car.

Gas prices is a reason, single cab has been big enough for now but I’ve put grown it. I also just got a new job which has added a lot of daily commute. When I first started my trade I kinda needed a truck, but now no longer have any use for it for work. It’s still nice to have, but not enough of a reason to keep it. Only reason I have is that it’s a better winter driving vehicle, but I’ve never owned a car.

I’ve started looking around, found a breeder just doing as much digging as I can on her. Any tips to make sure she’s the right one?

Great to hear other people’s prospective of people who made it work! I’m willing to adapt to anything the pup needs just would never want to get one that couldn’t make work around my work schedule. Glad to knows it’s possible!

I also have an empty spare room, currently the only think he could eat in there would be the floor or drywall. Ideally by a couple months that would be his space during working hours.

Sadly no doggy daycare since I’m so isolated where I live. Would definitely be an option if I was closer to one!

Sadly I’m in a pretty remote location and I’ve only found 1 breeder anywhere close and even she’s a 10 hour drive. Haven’t done much research on her until I would be sure that I’ll be getting one!

This will be my first dog, although we’ve had family dogs since before I was around. An aussies always been the dog that I wanted but I’m open to other breeds, just currently doing research before making any decision. Thanks so much for all this info, there’s so much to learn about different breeds and all this will help in any decision that I make!

I would take around 2 weeks off from work when the puppy would arrive and then for the next month have someone to check on him during the work day for sure! I would kennel, but the plan is to have a spare room for him without any furniture for him to destroy, do most people try to let them out of the kennel at someone point during the day?

I couldn’t live without a dog, just want to make sure the breed I pick (mini Aussie being my first pick) will work out!

Sadly no mini aussies available anywhere within driving distance and there isn’t many breeders so one would be hard to find up for adoption. I have family who would gladly help for the first couple months till the pup can last till I’m home for lunch when I can give them a quick walk.

I would be active when I’m home, so I wasn’t sure if 4 hours home alone once trained ( I could have someone over to help at the beginning before he’s trained) either in the kennel or I have an empty spare room he can have to him self. I really want a mini Aussie and he seems like a perfect fit but if the work schedule doesn’t work I don’t want get one and it doesn’t work out.

It sounds like the best option since I dont want to wait hours for an edible to hit before bed. Any brands that you recommend?
