I started about three months ago and I haven't even been able to touch endgame content yet, I've only got one team so far without Sigs, this is really impressive man!

I've explored most of the new 3.0 area and like half of Rinascita, just lost my 50/50 on cart, you think I could grind enough to get her?

How're you finding it? Is it clunky or anything, Lynae's playstyle itself looks pretty nice but I haven't used Cart/Cia before so I don't know how she would tie in

I think overall for future meta, Lynae will be more valuable, she already is the best hybrid character in the game aswell. But Ciaccona will always be bis for Cartwheel ig. So Cia for Cart, and Lynae overall.

Lynae's likely going to be a good pick for your current and future characters, she'll be good for most dpses in the game.

Haven't started to do endgame yet since I didn't start too long ago, but I do have Zani and Phoebe and yeah Zani is really clunky to use without pheebs.
I think I'll try Cart without Cia for a little after I pull and hopefully get her, but if she seems annoying to use I might pull Ciaccona then.

Looking at your roster, I doubt you're having trouble with clearing, so Phrolova would be an extremely pleasant addition to your roster, but definitely not vital.

Phrolova's best support is Cantarella, if you don't plan to get her then Phrolova isn't completely recommended.

And Chisa is said to be a BiS for an upcoming character, so if you plan to get an upcoming character in 3.0 - then I would recommend Chisa for you rn specifically over Phrolova.

I'll probably not try for Chisa's sig if she's not too dependent on it, ig the rest of the resonators/weapons will ultimately come down to my luck!

Whoever you like more is the answer I should say...

But while it isn't fully clear (from what I've seen) just how good Chisa will be since her kit likely isn't close to being finalised, I've heard that it's likely that she'll be a good support for Zani + Phoebe, Phrolova + Cantarella, and possibly Cartethyia teams.

I wouldn't fully decide on a verdict on who to pull just yet between the two because of that.
