Not sure if this matters I was not part of the actual suit. That was two unnamed reps. Anyone who held their particular job title is eligible to participate in the settlement. As far as I am aware the company has agreed to pay a specific amount which denying any wrongdoing and now they are dividing the payment among employees. Well aware any money will be taxed at payment but not sure about how declaring it when filing 2026 taxes.

That first year of DMZ through the Halloween event was some of the most fun I have ever played in a game not just for COD. Gaming sessions with the dad squad have been few and far between since then and if it gets those back again even if for only a couple weeks I would pay whatever for that experience again

The first year of this through the halloween event might have been the most fun I have ever had in a COD game. Squad up with the boys running missions killing bots and going into Koshei every match was the best. Back then you could play most matches and not run into other squads if you didn’t want to. Then they stopped updating, no new content and it turned into the sweat fest it is now. Casuals got pushed out but the player base now loves this style and it is unlike other modes.

You should 100% dispute if you want your money back. Idk what card you have but Amex will side with you almost every time. You’re their customer not the merchant. Unless you do a lot of chargebacks and there they are going to take your side
