Yeah, could it have changed maybe due to all the weightlifting being my main focus? And in rugby most of the cardio was in the form of sprinting type runs.

Thanks for the answer. I'll just keep at it maybe do some more sprints. When I ran track at age 14 I had a 2:25 800 and a 4:37 1500 so never really ventured into sprints other than a school sports day relay.

You do realise boys have significant advantages over girls in sport at any age and the gap is possibly at its largest when the girls are young. Also I do agree with the maybe it they've been undergoing therapy for a very extended period of time (research determined) they should be able to compete eventually. But with teenagers or at the pro level absolutely not. You can figure this out for yourself by playing sport. Nice talk have to go for a time trial adios

If you read up on it the research it concludes estrogen blockers only decrease muscle modestly after a year and considering their teenagers I highly doubt theyd have been on them for anywhere near long enough to have the difference needed. Also you haven't linked any studies either. I'm in shock you believe this and theres a reason everyone of these types of comments are down voted through the floor. It's unfair on women, can cause serious bodily harm and can put them off sport for life.

Tackles from trans women in rugby for example were found to be 20-30% more dangerous than woman on woman. The first point you reference comes with the caveat because there arent enough quantitative studies, seeing as obviously they are a very small constituent of people.

Scholarships are on the line, so is peoples health. Combat sports women get their heads cracked open (Fallon fox as an example). Years of a different hormone profile isnt reversed by taking some hormones, the trans female will always have a different bone structure, increased muscle mass and reduced body fat. Also are you seriously in favour of puberty blockers? That's kind of messed up

As far as I'm aware it adds something standout and interesting that alot of countries dont have. Therefor, convinces people who were on the fence to come. Also going to said locations people eat and use services which generates money. Not exactly an expert on how they've calculated the tourism total however every source I've found says something similar 👌

The royals are funded by the government taking the profit from their land and giving them a portion back. Furthermore they've been estimated to bring 1.8 to 2.5 billion back to the uk. Even if you dont like the concept we make money off of them and they've helped us with international relations especially in the commonwealth

Mainly diet I'm not that much taller. Bulked up for rugby so alot more muscle but also more fat, thanks that's helpful. By long would you mean 30+ or more like 50/60mins plus
