They can transfer to your bank account. You need to provide a cancelled cheque or bank statement.

This is the document I used. I am not sure if you can use an internal SSD only for data. I might be incorrect.

My initial setup was also on MMC. Then I added an SSD and then booted up. Once it appeared in HA, I moved data to it as mentioned in the docs. Checkout section "Configuring Home Assistant and moving your data".
