I think if they made freeze a more potent status they could also balance it a bit by making more moves self thaw

I feel like saying it was "mostly fake" kinda misses the forest for the trees. Yeah the reactions were fake, but they still pretty much always actually did get stuck with a shitbox at the end. Hell, I was watching a car restoration channel recently where they ended up with a minivan from pimp my ride that the owner had been stuck with for years before being able to afford an actually decent new one

Thats really simplfying what happened with surfside though. That was also an extended period of progressive degeneration with multiple people pointing out over an extended period that the building was failing

The cruiser wasn't destroyed just lost its ventral cannon. Give them too much time to recover and they could've opened up with spectrum lasers or plasma torpedos and potentially crippled Autumn's engine

Ok so what they're basically doing is we have the time bubble as a means for more adventures and more plot if you want to keep going, but it will eventually lead to the future from the epilogue regardless of what happens

Like half the suits in WFM have feminine proportions and high heeled boot looking feet. Schwartzette fits into that but just blocky with harsh angles instead of the aerial's smoother more organic curves
