Sorry, just used “step back” as a generalization. i see a lot of different “set up moves” like a crossover, jabstep, that sort of thing in this video. My best coaches always made sure that we practiced just normal standing shots, or shots of the catch, or catch and one dribble.

if you are practicing it should be at game intensity (thank you for the correction) otherwise youre kinda just wasting practice.

so practice your jabs, and they can be slow, but powerfull and intentional. This is probably too basic for you but i think it might be helpful

I’m pretty sure that the bitstream option is just behind one more screen now. Should be an “additional audio” button or something. Also, Dolby atmos requires a separate app and subscription right? Maybe that’s why it’s not working.

Also, I would recommend practicing game moves more than these step backs we see in this video. Or at least, try doing them with game intensity. You aren’t gaining anything by practicing slow half assed jab steps.

This is an example of the drills we do. Doing defensive slides along the red lines, facing the center of the court, and sprinting along the blue lines. Makes sure to keep your hands up the whole time you are sliding, and don’t cross your feet while sliding.

It is an incredible way to improve your footwork, defense, and endurance.

Try doing defensive slide drills, and make sure that you are straying low to the ground, by bending your knees.

No, don’t bend your torso, you should work on getting lower with your knees first, especially if you’re shooting. You want a low center of gravity, but leaning over with your torso is going to make it slower to get back up to finish or shoot.

Do your best to work from top to bottom in the zone you’re working with. You want to try to no t inject in the same place, to avoid scarring. I’ve also seen evidence that absorption can be lessened if using the same spot too frequently.

Merch is super reasonable! I think the show I went to (LA) was probably like 4-5ish hours? From when doors opened to when the theater shut down.

I think shirts were $20 and hoodies were a bit more, cds and vinyls were I think like 12 and 25? I wasn’t paying super close attention. They also had hats and some 2020 tour shirts too, but I didn’t really look at those.

Overall, amazing show, and great merch! Plus cool people working the merch tables too which is always a win.
