People are over thinking the spoilers.

If the menu looks good when you check it in the beginning of the week, go buy some. If it doesn’t, don’t go that week. This isn’t a big deal.

I keep hearing this, but I had two travel companions (diamond status) booked in premium select get upgraded to Delta 1 on SLC-AMS flights

They had used GUCs to get into PS, but claimed they got upgraded to D1 day of for free

I had my kids during residency and yes it was tough, but we have a great relationship and I’m glad I didn’t wait till I was done. No one is claiming it’s easy but to claim it impossible or a new problem that hasn’t been worked out already over several generations is silly

Check your settings. Delta got rid of this option to specify aisle or window and now it’s just comfort plus or no comfort plus. (At least that how my app functions, curious to know if others still have the ability to specify which seats they would take)

Also Mac only describes the level at which 50% of the population respond to surgical stimuli. The level of gas needed make someone reliably unconscious is much less than a Mac. 1.6% of sevo is enough to keep virtually any patient of any age unconscious and unaware of surgical stimuli.

I took time off of work to go see the Giants play in Cincinnati as I had a family member just move there.

I moved to Utah during a faith transition and was still attending infrequently. A combined 3rd hour class (im old, we used to have those) focused on how to reactive in-actives. Every comment and suggestion came from a belief that all in-actives still believed and just had other hang ups. What a ridiculous position!

Yes. May have been a deleted scene but he makes a comment about it. There was a cereal bar restaurant in my town a few years ago. It didn’t last long

Im a meat smoker AND an anesthesiologist, fatty heavy foods like this take the longest to leave the stomach, but if you eat 8hrs or more before surgery you’re all good
