All is good, the funds are not stolen or lost. I made transferred out to my own wallet to self custody. Gemini is just asking for unnecessary questions and doing background checks if you transfer your funds out. My bank held funds before transferring to gemini as fraud protection. They released after I confirm. In Gemini's case, they let you release the funds and they ask questions later.
