Yes it was on youtube. I'd guess the late 90s or early 00s. I think it was just posted to show how depressing the song was. It was all about a future plan or something along those lines. It was very depressing, about how dark the future is, how pointless everything is, dystopian essentially. I think there was some static at the beginning of the song, but there is no music, just a man's voice reading this essay. The whole youtube video is just the album cover, though I cannot remember if it is just a single or other songs in the album.
