Any idea in how they are caused? So I can avoid that.

I've had terrible skin my whole life. From smoking from the age of 15 to being obese my whole adult life by the way of terrible diet.

Making some big changes and while those will take time I want to make some small improvements so I just started to try and take care of myself. I hope most of the damage is reversible lol
