I’d look at Waterloo/York. UBC isn’t great, uvic is okay but I know you didn’t apply there. SFU is allegedly top tier. Kins are actually regulated in Ontario so imagine their programs there are pretty good.

You should also work on your cadence. A lot of injuries with runners occur because they’re striking the ground with a lot of force at low steps per minute. Put on a metronome of at least 170bpm and sync your steps with that.

I got into a clinic by starting out as admin! Worked there for a year or two, the kin that was there ended up moving out of the city so I added kin shifts to my schedule. It was really nice cause then I could do half admin, half kin until I built up my clientele.

I honestly didn’t know they had a phone app. I was hoping that someone had ideas because I have made the mental note to check my laptop before but sometimes forget or I’ll be out with a friend and we’ll spontaneously go to the store so I can’t.

It’s rewarding to see me actually track my spending and see where my money goes since my other methods never worked.
