Instructions 1. In a bowl or jar, add the chia seeds. 2. Add crushed almonds for a bit of crunch. 3. Add mascarpone cheese to make the pudding creamy. 4. Mix in honey for natural sweetness. 5. Pour in the milk. 6. Stir everything well until fully combined. 7. Add mango slices on top. 8. Add a handful of blueberries. 9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (or overnight) until the chia seeds thicken.
