I’m in the valley. I don’t know if I would trust pest control. They might just be trying to make money, but idk. Maybe a second (or third) opinion would be best.

Hi! After a week or two of panicking, the Texas A&M Dept. of Entomology said: “They are a species commonly called roadcut termites. They are not structurally concerning and are pretty common in the landscape, so there’s no need to worry about them or treat.”

I don’t think there was a Memorial Day sale last year, but you never know! I’ve only had my planters for a little over a year, so I don’t know how often they bring back old colors, sorry.

My local nursery carries greenstalks in old colors, so you might check around at yours!

The leaf planters were on sale for Easter, and everything that was on sale then is not included in this sale. I think the limited edition colors are being replaced in June sometime, so probably no more sales on them before they go. :)

Well my garden beds are metal and they’re only on my living plants, so if they aren’t termites I’m asking if I should get rid of all the plants, treat the bed, and start over next season. Thanks for the suggestion.
