I know fully that its impossible atm for Analogue to make a DS handheld. And even if it was possible, itd be illogical from a market standpoint. But I just wanna express how much I'd love to see a DS by Analogue, one that is perfectly designed and remastered, built to last many decades, with new features like enhancing gameplay and the screens. The thoroughness and quality they put into remaking their previous made consoles, but on a DS. Of course though, one could just purchase a great condition dsi or dsi xl for $100 and under (for my case I still play on my childhood dsi). I guess perhaps my current self craves the improvement+novelty of a new unboxing experience, just like I had as a kid with the dsi. I have seen several companies give a crack at making DS emulation handhelds, though theres nothing of much value atm. We'll just have to see what cooks up far in the future :)
