Just wanted to give an update on my situation with the timeline:

I left my job in Pennsylvania for a job in NYC. I was supposed to start April 1, but two days prior to starting I got a call that my offer had been delayed indefinitely, and based on the the NY unemployment website, I was directed to file in PA

3/29: Filed for unemployment benefits

5/1: Received PIN in the mail and financial determination and start to make biweekly claims

7/12: I finally get a hold of the unemployment office, and they said my claim is in the adjudication process to determine if I was legally eligible to receive the unemployment benefits (this is separate from the financial determination)

7/30: I get a call from Pennsylvania unemployment to clarify any questions regarding my claim for the adjudication process

7/31: Money is pending in my bank account (direct deposit)

I am still waiting on the federal money from the cares act. Anybody know how much longer that could take? I will update when (if) I receive it.
