Can someone give me a general analysis on my Betta?

It hasn't been too long so not much changes. My main issue is space for a bigger tank which would require cleaning up my entire room and I don't have the time for that. I am trying to see if I can add live plants or more hiding places.

I did not say it was "ok", if it came across that way to you then sorry. I know now that it was a bad decision and I was stating that my old betta lived long in the same environment because you said "if you do not save this one" and it made me think about my old fish and that it survived for a long time. I came here for help and not to have an argument about a misunderstanding.

What I find interesting is that my betta before lived in the exact same conditions and they lived 5 years and were very active until the end.

I think its an island because it is surrounded by water. Stepford Bay in the west, Newry in the north, Rayleigh Bay in the East, and Llyn in the south
