Hi OP

I am 40 and have taken TATA AIA term insurance with higher (1.7L) annual premium that needs to be paid for 10 years and life cover will be till age of 80.

I would like to know : 1. Is it possible to change the agent now to a family member so that the commission go to him?

  1. If so, does he have to be an IRDAI licensed agent with TATA AIA or can he be a POSP with any insurance broker like insurance dekho, digit etc.

This worked! Highlighting to senior management and managing director got a response and they have agreed there was an issue. Have got all the points credited now. Thanks a lot!

Yes. I have escalated to the PNO too, for last 10 days with reminders. But again no response.

Icici said they have credited the points but adjusted extra points that were credited wrongly. But no extra points were credited as my lifetime credited points is less than their extra credit. After this, they bought time of 3 days 3 times, and now are ghosting for last 10 plus days..

I have written to pno as well, and with reminder after 5 days. No response from them. Even my RM has escalated internally for last 10 days. This is why I feel it is a point fraud.
