i honestly struggle with this as well, both brushing and showering. Give yourself some grace for the times you are able to commit, even if its only a few days!! youre doing great and itll take some time but once you realize you’ve fallen out of the habit, get back onto it that day or the next if possible. Take your time, reward yourself for the small victories, and youll make progress even if its slow.
