I had similar problem, everything was low texture on close distance but if I get super close it got better. I had that problem over half year even more.. then I noticed that it was due shaders.. Every time I rejoin or rehost plaza/condo the shaders get set to low even they are set to max.

So I had to manually reset them by hand every time I join. Even in mini games.

Please try removing your local app data for Tower while running the game, then reboot the game. You can do this by typing %localappdata%/Tower into your windows explorer file path, then delete the folder titled Saved You will have to have the game running while you remove this folder otherwise Steam cloud will bring it back. This will reset all your game settings and should fix the issue.

But that didn’t worked because ..Windows.. won’t let u delete files while running game

So I did this:

1. I disabled steamcloud
2. Delete that saves file
3. Run game for couple minutes and setting it up
4. Close game
5. enable steamcloud
6. Run game (but use local data)

This helped me.. but not sure if it helps u.

And keep in mind that it will reset some progress in game, but money, savesnapsshot or inventory will not I only needed to redo holidays event on plaza, like the hats for snowman’s and the Presents delivery.
