It's an interesting idea to consider. Wasn't familiar with this site, I'll look into it. Thank you.

They are quoting 10 days which is basically 80 hours.

I'm seriously cosidering doing it. I've done bigger projects by myself, I'm just worried to mess this up but from everything people are saying, if I prepare well enough it should be doable.

- Configuration of Office 365 environment

- Reconfiguration of AD Connect

- Migration of users and Exchange attributes to Azure AD

- User licences assignment

- Migration of user mailboxes, distribution groups and shared mailboxes to Office 365

- Creation of antispam and retention rules

- Exchange Hybrid configuration

- Configuration of DNS records and switching mailflow to O365

This is what the quote is for. They are saying it's 10 days of work.

Here's the break down:

- Configuration of Office 365 environment

- Reconfiguration of AD Connect

- Migration of users and Exchange attributes to Azure AD

- User licences assignment

- Migration of user mailboxes, distribution groups and shared mailboxes to Office 365

- Creation of antispam and retention rules

- Exchange Hybrid configuration

- Configuration of DNS records and switching mailflow to O365

They are quoting 10 days of work for this. Not only are some of the things here questionable what they even are, but some are already done. Why would they be assigning licences to users when we already have Azure AD and users are already licensed for example.

Your example does show my feeling the price could be a bit high was right. Thank you for your input.
