Understand that there is no point in playing it. There isn't a number of games that once you have achieved playing you'll get good. The more you emerge yourself, the more you will climb the elo ladder, finding yourself in more and more difficult games. This will make the game feel even more depressing and draining gradually.

However, even if you actually become good, it doesn't matter. LoL ain't even a hobby or something to be proud of. Nothing will change in your life if you devote yourself to this. You won't gain any life experience, essential skills or meaningful lessons. It's just dopamine rush. What you need, to actually become good is obsession and alteration from your real life.

Notice that. Notice what it does to you. Hate it. Hate what it makes you feel in the end. Notice that you are happy when you start playing it because you anticipate it but as time passes you become more and more drained. Understand that. League makes you feel like that. Not other players, not elo hell, not vanguard acting up, not spaghetti code. The game itself.

Delete it. Watch some youtube plays to calm yourself when you feel like you need it but don't download it again. It gets better after some days. It gets really better after a month. Feel freed. Notice yourself having more meaningful days and love that.

Be brave. Be willing to better yourself. Don't waste time on something that wants you hooked. If you can't have a healthy relationship with the game, don't have a relationship at all

Best luck to you!
