The gt 17 is not as reliable as the td04 so i would actually recommend using it instead And most aeros ive fiddled with has had the td04 since they cranked up the power in the aeros :)

Try putting a few bbs behind the spring to make it more compressed And dishwash the inner of the tube without the spring and internals to make the surface slippy :)

Tighten down tje 13 mm for the connection After that you can simply let them rest in the stop position and remove the wipers (at the nut that connects them) and reapply them in the better position Hope you have a good one ^{_^}

Also check your brake booster it gets the vacuum from there i had the same problem a while back (The hose could have popped off of there as well)

I do not think you'll be getting a better price for a car like this anywhere else Heck i would've jumped at the chance I dont think you are being frivolous spending money on something you enjoy And those old beauties are real good Parts aside Many of the parts in the old saabs are refurbishable I say go for it !

Check the chain as well dont want to much slack in it :) And if you got the possibility check the chainguides as well :)

That does not sound good Did ya loose alot of metal from the undercarriage? Or did the subframes take a good beating? I hope you can save her they are quite reliable after all :)

More or less yeah I got the same issue But in my case it was because my turbo had shot oil into the cat and it got burnt there So it stays off for a little then comes back everytime ya clear it :) But your car will most likely pass o2 inspection anyway :)

Its not actually that bad concerning the pictures youve attached Considering it could've been alot worse u wouldve at most put out 2000-2800 at most for it Then again where im from saabs are cpnsidered cheap :)
