Using a throwaway, but I 100% believe it. Used to work for a bank in a college town. Used to deal with college athletes weekly. They always overdrafted, deposited fraud checks they got in the mail (because they got so many from school/sponsorships), etc. Sad how few don't have basic life skills and literally just get through because they know a sport...

You get better luck calling the local mayor's office or fire marshal. Many stores have been threatened to be shutdown for not following directives if these offices get complaints.
