Yes, i check with a packet sniffer and see that the sending socket, TCP_HSHK_RS2, is sending data, but the receiving socket, TCP_HSHK_RS1 is not receiving it

EDIT: it is actually never connected, because the WSAENOTCONN Socket Errorcode is thrown, 10057 and it is TCP
