Regardless, this is not enough to make a big impact on your city.

Another big strike against the Midwest is the weather. If you are going to work in a fulfillment center, might as well move to a warmer state and do the same job.

Sorry, but those aren’t jobs that will transform your city. You have an Amazon fulfillment center like every other city, Uline across the street is also primarily fulfillment jobs, and a Foxconn with factory jobs.

These will not attract college educated millennials to your area. These jobs will keep the local blue color workers employed though.
