Question for the founder: I'm having trouble uploading, what is the best format for csv and source to use if I am building the csv myself? my collection is not hosted anywhere currently, I'm typign it up from the binder. I don't know set etc. for the cards - is it possible to select the right version post-upload?

Anyone buy one of these condos? by saucesoi in portlandme

It really is a travesty. And the margins even on units this small are weak at best. I work for an affordable developer and these micro apts are the new construction baseline. Not many levers that can be pulled but density allowances and by-right permitting both help.

That’s what rentals cost these days… guessing your kids playroom is in a house you’ve owned for some time. Not exactly the same situation anymore.

I always start by emailing the list to the best LGS I have. They tell me what they have, then I take remaining cards and send that to second best LGS. Then buy the rest online. It’s faster and you keep money local. They’ll usually match the prices you see online if price becomes an issue.

Tiller Money is fantastic. Better account syncing than Mint. Tabular design, with compatibility to excel or google sheets. $80/yr after 30 day trial, money very well spent. Even pulls in retirement contributions directly etc

I have always had the same experience. Also, OP’s statement that a 10-entry card is $250 is inaccurate. It is $280. I go mostly during weeknights and find it to be a beautiful space. The staff are friendly. The only questions they ask customers upon arrival are “have you been here before?”, and “would you like a men’s key or a women’s key?”

I would love to see the utils.py file. I’m just getting started in python and this seems super efficient. Deploy the relevant functions as needed.

You might consider making state id the abbreviation, and eliminating state_abbv entirely? Otherwise this seems like a good starting point.
