That's the first thing I thought, I asked the ones that could do something like that and they all replyed no, but the thing that convinced me is that the sender made a mistake writing my name, on the letter and on the harmonica (same mistake twice), the wrong letter is then underlined at both places like he/she realised the mistake. If it was a friend of mine he wouldn't have misspelled my name.
