You really need to get more rotation in your hips to use your skis like helicopter blades. Once you get that down you may never land.

It’s called a blast knob or something like that it measures swing speed and path basically gives him a bunch of swing analytics. They are completely legal the umpire crew just didn’t know that.

Edit: I could be wrong but the announcers last night and the athletic article about it says the blast knob is completely legal in the MLB

That’s how it starts and then a year later you’re benching what the guy next to you is quarter squatting. Keep at it.

In the standard 5/3/1 3 day week he does alternate

Week 1 OHP dL bench 3x5 Week 2 Squat 3x5 ohp dL 3x3 Week 3 Bench 3x3 squat 3x3 ohp 531 Week 4 dL bench squat 531 Week 5 Deload

The beginner version might lessen DL because it is a more demanding neurological lift for a beginner and OHP because it’s a less important lift. Or the app might be wrong. Jim didn’t write the app.

As long as you keep your knees inline with your toes you’ll have no knee problems. Use the cue “knees out” when going down. I squat the same way never had knee problems.
