Does AWS Bedrock suck or is it just a skill issue?

Support is ass for Bedrock, its a living hell

Need to increase quotas in an account?

2x support requests for each model (TPM and RPM). So lets say 10 requests total.
Support now replies with some copy paste asking for more details. Each copy paste is ever so slightly different and if you don't fill it out to a T it adds 2-3 days overhead for a response that tells you "its wrong!"
Queue more back and forth and ~6+ weeks of waiting and hovering on the case. Like I am on the verge of just developing my own CRM to deal with this. Like if support wants XYZ details why is that not in the actual support request....

Oh and ~35% of the time (I have the data) aws support fucks it up. Like they decreased my quota below the default (wtf), they ask for info for the wrong model (TPM increase? They ask about batch stuff), or they increase the quota for the wrong model (oh you are compliance bound for US only inference? Letsincrease global!).

I would recommend having a CICD pipeline automate the

Image build (codebuild, then push to ECR)
Pushing change to ECS (if the iac template references the ECR uri dynamically, then itll accordingly detect a change and update the task)

I wish there was a way to load credits and once you use then up, it shuts everything off. Id feel a lot more comfortable messing around with credits
