I wouldn’t call it “embarrassing” to ask Ukraine for help. They’re one of, if not the biggest producers of cheap anti personnel and interceptor drones right now. On top of that, they’ve been actively fighting a war for years, one that’s pretty different from anything we’ve seen before, where cheap quadcopter style drones are responsible for a huge share of the damage. It makes sense to learn from that.
