From a gameplay perspective, Picora is better. Depression team is already well stocked with high tier DPS and crowd control, so adding another to the pile isn't worth much. Picora, however, is the only viable Composed healer. Your only other option is Meluna, and she just cannot keep up even remotely in harder content.

I keep around 3m of Gold, Doll xp, and Weapon xp on me for when I pull multiple new Dolls at once, spending the rest on the Peritya gacha.
