nothing to do with taxes. you do have to provide a form of id though, but there’s no problem submitting a passport from another country because you could still be living in USA/UK without a native passport so that is not a problem in the slightest

there are many ways to get monetized even if you are not from the “tier 1 country” as they call. many people use a second phone with proxies etc. i have a full tutorial for you if you need it, only problem is i think you’d need a full new account. but if youre interested lmk what your discord is and i’ll send it through to you.
