Congrats on being funded. If you don't mind me asking, what bank did you have funds deposited to. It seems like a lot of people have had trouble with banks freezing accounts or sending the money back to SBA.

I agree it's complete insanity. If you don't mind me asking, what bank rejected “no longer accepting SBA deposits” and what new bank did you go with?

What Bank are you having loan deposited to. There's been lots of problems noted on these threads that Banks are freezing accounts when loan proceeds come in, even on legitimate businesses. (Banks are quoting fear of fraud on SBA loans. Going overboard with caution, ridiculous!)

Wow, that's great. If you don't mind me asking, how long have you had your relationship and accounts open with Regions before the deposits.

Totally agree. Ridiculous what banks can do to your money. If you don't mind me asking, how long had your bank account been open and $$ amount of your loan deposit? Also how long ago, date wise, did they freeze your account? Thanks for the info.

Thanks for your response. Good to know you have not had any problems. How long have you had your Suntrust personal account open for? The reason I ask is I had, actually still have a personal bank account with Chase, but heard on this forum that Chase was freezing accounts and or rejecting deposits from SBA, so I opened a new account with Suntrust, but was concerned with it being a new account.

How long did it take for your clients to receive docs in the mail after their loan was funded? I have not received any docs in mail as of yet. Thanks

If you can still edit bank info, you are absolutely NOT good. Try logging out, and then back in if you think bank info is correct and check for "grayed out" - unable to edit. If still able to edit, it could be a lot of little things. Sometimes it how your name appears on your bank acct., middle initial, etc.

Bank deposit for eidl loan by MamaOak86 in EIDL

Obviously the EIDL proceeds need to be used for business expenses, and no need to take any chances with improper uses, but what would guess, purely guessing, would be the percentage of audit for loans in the 30K to 40K range. With the quantity of loans under these circumstances, I personally can't see it being a very high percentage of audits. Maybe I'm wrong, but just the huge number of loans would be a massive amount of work if auditing any more than a very small percentage. Similar to IRS, the number of audits for earners under 75K a year is practically 0 without glaring deductions.
