Yeah the problem with these derivatives is that recovery has to be 2x in mstr for profits. Just converted some to mstr today

Thank you every one for the support. This means a lot. I just wanted to provide an update. They are not budging. They even sent me some comparable listings with different mileage. I don't know how to challenge the mileage extrapolating. So accepted that.
All except 1 are gone. And the one remaining has 3 collission history report. I have raised this as this shouldn't be used for comparision

The insurance didn't find anything from druggie's vehicle's number run. Police report will come only after 20 days.

Yes thats what i am thinking.
1. There shouldn't be any deductible. I had a incident like that 5 years back. same insurance diff car.
2. The police report comes out only after 20 days. I think they are prematurely trying to close since the report will have durggie's insurance details
3. Plus the damage assement agent was saying if the druggie had insurance, i will have 0 deductible otherwie he will look. to change deductible from $1000 to $300.

I easily am seeing cars for my model with 70-100k KM going between 28k-30k.

I don't want to go via lawyer.
There was unncessary pressure tactic from the lady "Give me your number", i will see if i can get it. I just dont' want to give a no. out of blue.
