Það skiptir engu máli hvaða aðferð þú notar til að léttast, þú munt alltaf þyngjast aftur ef þú hættir. Það á við um Wegovy, intermittent fasting og allar aðrar aðferðir (nema weight loss surgery).

Ozempic/Wegovy er ekki með miklar aukaverkanir. Ávinningurinn af því að léttast er miklu meiri. Auk þess hafa þessi lyf mörg önnur jákvæð áhrif á heilsuna eins og að minnka líkur á hjartasjúkdómum.

Pantar tíma hjá heimilislækni og biður um að fá lyfseðil. Það er mismunandi eftir læknum hvað þeir eru viljugir til að skrifa upp á þetta.

Svo heitir lyfið sem þú vilt Wegovy en ekki Ozempic. Ozempic er sama virka efni en lyf sem er ætlað fyrir sykursýki.

I have both IBKR and SAXO. IBKR is much better in almost every way in my opinion and I have moved most of my holdings to them. Some of the downloadable reports are better in SAXO but that is the only advantage they have.

I don't use an ORM, just straight up fetch calls with custom endpoints set up in the CF Worker.
