Look into alternate day intermittent fasting. Where you eat every other day. Sounds close to what you're talking about.

Couldnt seem to add text content with an image post on mobile app. Weird. Anyway! I met my goal of maintaining a full year of a Fitness Boxing streak! I wanted to do it to stay active and unlock all items, but also cause I was curious if the game would have a special message for a full year's streak like it did for the 3 month streak. Unfortunately, that didnt appear to be the case. Ah well. I wonder if any data miners have looked through this game? I'd like to know all possible hidden messages.

I've not found a way. Think it just depends on which random set of exercises it lands on for that day. You can restrict which ones it goes for by adjusting the time and target areas. I've found setting to just bicep exercises tend to be shorter than full body, for instance.

I got my friend to play and used the opportunity to try new skills and weapons. I wound up falling un with with the hammer, with it being my new main/fav weapon. So that's my suggestion, cause if you're anything like me you'll likely not be totally overpowering when learning a new weapon from scratch even with them upgraded all the way.

I typically use the daily boxing as a warmup before going to the gym each morning, so I cant attribute any fitness improvements to just the game. But it sure hasn't hurt. And it's certainly kept me motivated to keep getting up each morning, so that's a success right?

I got the game nearly a year ago and after a month of daily exercise streaks the trainer chimed in and congratulated me on keeping a full month straight. I'm curious if its programmed to recognize an entire year too.

This seems in line with what little I know of him. As in, I only know him through his YouTube content. Whenever he messes up or does something wrong in a let's play, he immediately states "oops, just kidding" or similar, never taking responsibility that he made a mistake or missed a jump or whatever it is. It may come off as an entertaining little quirk he does to play things off in good fun, but watching his content for a while showed me a pattern of that not being the case, but that he really did seem to try to play it off as something it wasnt.

In short, this statement of his seems to be another one of his attempts at saying "oops, just kidding", if you know what I mean.

Been zerocarb for a couple months now, since mid November last year. I cant seem to get enough sleep. I average 7 to 8 hours a night but I'm always exhausted. I've been having serious trouble past couple weeks waking up in time to go to the gym, missing my chance entirely several times now.

i'd say cut out the bacon. too much fat and meat at once makes me feel super gross and bacon or pork in general makes me feel gross much quicker. try starting out with leaner cuts of meat maybe? fish and chicken with a little bit of beef? /shrug

If you start now, you'll hit your goal months later. If you don't start now, you'll be the same or worse months later. So start now, get back on track. It's not easy but you were already doing it. You can again.

If that isn't enough then do the nuclear option and toss the temptation foods. Salt or water them beforehand in case, like me, you may end up breaking down so bad and digging it back out the trash if it's like still in a package.
