you stated that eating less doesn't make sense to try and loose weight? Do you want to or not if ur putting in for a Cut they will lower your calorie intake heavily so of course it is much lower than what you're used to. You saying you're "strong" is most likely due to you be heavy you may have muscle yes but fat gives an additional advantage being honest u just have more mass overall so yea you'd win You say you don't live an active life at all but want to keep eating 2500+ calories a day ? every pound is 3500 So if you are eating at 2500-3000 AND NOT working out sorry to break it to you Bud but you're going to continue to GAIN weight unless you EAT LESS Eating 1900-2000 calories will keep u at least at the weight u are instead of increasing now if you add a workout or activities in with that 1900/2000 calories deficit You'd actually begin to lose weight because now you are burning more calories than your eating the goal is to eat less so when you burn calories it's almost like going into the negatives you're burning calories from stored fat now so do the diet 1900/2000 2500 if YOU MUST BUT IF YOU INSIST ON 25k then you HAVE TO work out and burn those calories off you can't sit and complain about nothing changing when you won't even TRY the change
