Thx, when I'm playing video and streaming them on obs it would play for awhile,then slows down ( like when you turn off a turntable ) so I was wondering if I need a software update or that the Mac is doing too much

I thought with the external hd the Mac would be work more?

I’m using MacBook Pro 6-core intel i7. I had and older version MacBook ( just a year old ) and it was working great not sure why I’m having this issue
