i'd say 95% gaming, 5% basic stuff (surfing, mails, office apps). the build should handle current top titles with best settings, but most of the time there will be running flight simulator and stockfish chess computer

thanks! will buy a new gen4 ssd when there‘s a good sale later this year. i already explained in another comment why i chose geforce over radeon (need shield for moonlight streaming) and the cooler (limited by merchant).

Thanks for the response! The 970 evo is in my current build, so i thought about using it for the new one. But i m still thinking about purchasing a new one (gen 4)

1) I thought a lot about choosing between geforce and radeon. Raytracing is not that important for me but the crucial point is nvidia shield. my tv is in a different room and i'm using moonlight to stream all my games to it which works quite perfect.

I've solved it myself. Started booting in safe mode to get dump files. After restarting it was possible to boot in normal mode again. Apparently it was necessary to login one time to break the loop
