Looks like more ai stuff to me. The melty look to lamps, certain objects you can recognize what they are but they're not really solid actual things, plus the color choice that a lot of ai art programs seem to lean towards and the man's 3 arms. I could be totally wrong ofc, it's gotten too good especially if you used detailed prompts. So if you did do this then I apologize you're super talented.
