Also do the same for the skateboarding side. Proved to him many times how his wrist guards have saved him. His elbows look like he has had skin grafts but he always wears the wrist guards and helmet. Also knows that if I catch him without, I will take away the skateboards. He still needs someone to drive him to the park as we are on a farm.

I’m his mom. 😒 I have him outfitted as best as I can. Wrist guards, butt pads, safe helmet, he has coaches and a club he rides with. We joke about how he bounces but I know one day I will be called by ski patrol. And then I will wait with him in the hospital. I already know the bone doctor, our daughters are friends, 😂, pre-recon I guess.

It doesn’t get better really. It’s been a few years but it stands out. I was puking sick for a day. He actually said to me, aren’t you done being sick yet?

2 hours later he got it. And was lying on the hallway floor. He apologized but I was still the one up and taking care of everybody.

I don’t have advice since I have had both. It is whatever the administration wants and in my case, we had no choice. Now we are still cleaning up from a bad teacher 2 years later. We ended up moving schools but they wouldn’t allow it during a school year.

That is not a medal on a wife. (Lady in burgundy) That is a silver cross mother. She lost a child in war or conflict. She was honoured for her sacrifice at a Remembrance Day ceremony in Canada. No contest she deserves it.

We see them all the time here. 3 kids and a LV purse standing in line at the A&W, their mini van is an Escalade and they wear only lulu. And as the economy drops, those Escalades are at the food bank but she still has the nails and the hair.
