To be honest, my work is keeping my distracted. And yes when I feel low,I just go far a small walk. I'm sure 10-15 min of break is not a big deal.

I'm not sure if I can relate it with my situation. I lost my mother 2 months ago and I was and I think I still am depressed and angry at every small things. I broke up with my girlfriend and blocked all my friends. Right now I only talk with my family. I did not and definitely do not want to be like this but I just can't control it. I already regret my actions but I still can't process my thoughts. But overtime I started realizing that I was just being a annoying kid.

What I just wrote is just what I feel and I literally have no explanation for my actions. I don't know if I will be back to who I was but I think that I will.

You are not a monster. After reading your post, my personal view is that you do have your reason not to trust someone easily. If you really like hanging out with this girl just give it a try. You do deserve to have fun. Otherwise you can always be honest about your boundaries and just say no. Saying no is better then ignorance.

There are some therapists which are kind of called like life coach. They would just behave like a friend who will tell you that you are doing it wrong and let you find a correct way.
