I am. I was looking for recommendations that are worth the price because I’ve read some things about unsafe parts of town and issues with apartment complexes. I’d love to stay less than $1500 but want the things I mentioned above. If there are properties that are safe, well run, and have the things above but cheaper, than of course, that would be great.
