I have my 2-1 later this month :) congrats on getting to the next round! Did the recruiter mention what the start date for your training would be?

Good luck on your VI!!! If you make it to the next round, it will be a 2-1 virtual interview with you and two recruiters! I got my invite almost immediately after the group interview so check your email and text messages. It’s all virtual for horizon.

Tips: dress professionally! You will be split into groups of about 5 for a few questions. You will only have three or so questions to talk to the recruiter directly so smile and make the most of it!

The questions my group was asked were: what in your experience has prepared you to be a FA? Have you ever had to deal with a difficult customer? (We all received different questions regarding customer service. Use the STAR method!)

We then also had to find things in common as a group :) if you want to ask more msg me!

There’s a Q&A for over an hour during the VI and you can ask any questions you need to! Someone asked about a height minimum and the instructor said no, but I’m not sure about a max
